These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of stake-ca.casino ("Stake") and set forth the legally binding rules and obligations for all users of the platform. Effective date: June 10, 2025.

- CA: Canada, the primary region of service for this site within the context of these Terms.
Account Registration
Eligibility & Age Verification

User Obligations
- Accuracy of Data: Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and truthful information. Any discrepancies may result in suspension or closure of the account.
- Password Security: Protect your login information against unauthorized access. Stake is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from User negligence.
- Single Account Policy: Users may register only one account per individual; multiple or duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
Regional Compliance Note: All registration and verification procedures adhere strictly to Canadian AML and age restriction regulations. Access may be restricted in certain provinces (e.g., Ontario) in accordance with regional law.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Accepted Currencies: Bets may be placed using approved fiat currencies and supported cryptocurrencies, subject to site rules.
- Minimum and Maximum Limits: Stake sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game; limits may vary by game or promotion, and details are available on individual game interfaces.
- Valid Bets: Only bets confirmed by the Stake system, including receipt confirmation or balance adjustment, are valid. Incomplete or interrupted bets may be voided.
Bet Modification & Cancellation
- User-Initiated Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed, modification or cancellation may not be possible. Exceptions may be made in the event of technical errors, at Stake's discretion.
- Operator Rights: Stake reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of manifest error, fraud, system malfunction, or breach of these Terms. Notice will be provided to affected Users.
Conduct in Live Casino & Chat
- Prohibited Behavior: Abuse, offensive language, harassment, or manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited in live games and chat facilities.
- Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to cheat, collude, or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension or closure, with notification to relevant authorities as required by CA law.
Regional Compliance Note: Gameplay monitoring and fair play standards adhere to Canadian consumer protection and anti-fraud regulation. Gaming outcomes are regularly audited for fairness.
Bonus Terms
Activation & Wagering Requirements
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered Users meeting all verification and regional eligibility requirements.

Prohibited Actions, Games & Promotion Policy

- Combination of Promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, only one bonus or promotional offer may be active per account at any time. Stacking or combining unapproved offers is prohibited.

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods & Limits

- Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may depend on method, User status, or regional regulation.

Withdrawals & Refunds
- Verification Requirement: Withdrawals are subject to prior completion of KYC procedures to comply with AML regulations applicable in CA and Curaçao.
- Withdrawal Methods: Payouts will be made using the same method as deposit whenever possible, subject to method availability and regulatory requirements.
- Processing Times: Withdrawals are processed within 1-5 business days, except in cases requiring further verification or investigation.
- Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal caps may apply and are specified on the payments page. Large withdrawals may require additional verification or be processed in tranches.

- Exclusions of Liability: Stake shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, or damage incurred as a result of:
- Technical failures, internet downtime, or network interruptions outside the direct control of Stake
- Errors or omissions in third-party content, external websites, or payment systems
- Unauthorized account access due to User negligence
- Maximum Compensation: In any case, Stake's aggregate liability is strictly limited to the amount of the last wager, deposit, or bonus actually placed or credited by the affected User, not to exceed the lesser of the User's available account balance or CA$10,000.
- User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for confirming the legality of online gambling activities within their provincial or territorial jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

Changes to Terms

- Procedure: Users will receive written notice of suspension, termination, and the grounds thereof via the official email address on file. Where possible and subject to legal or regulatory constraints, Users may appeal or seek a review of the decision through Stake's customer support.
- Refund of Funds: Subject to regulatory requirements and the resolution of any ongoing investigation, remaining User funds will be returned using the original payment method or another approved channel, excluding sums deemed forfeited or withheld due to breach, fraud, or irregular play as described in these Terms.
Regional Compliance Note: Account closure procedures reflect CA requirements for timely communication and user rights to outstanding balances, excluding funds withheld due to regulatory compliance or fraud findings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable Law: These Terms and all related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, except as overridden by mandatory laws or public policy of Canada where applicable to the User or activity in question.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of stake-ca.casino shall be resolved:
- Primarily, through negotiation and Stake's internal complaints and dispute resolution process accessible via the official support contact;
- If unresolved, by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Gaming Authority or, where required by Canadian law, through a competent court in the User's Canadian province or territory.
- International Enforcement: Stake reserves the right to comply with foreign or Canadian court orders and regulatory decisions as required by law.
